Dan began his career at Brainlabs, one of the UK's most respected data-driven PPC agencies, before progressing through senior roles at Clarity — where his work on B2B paid search was recognised with a UK Search Awards 2022 win for Best B2B PPC Campaign. He subsequently led performance marketing at Unmind, a workplace mental health platform, before joining OMMAX as a Senior and then Lead Digital Marketing Consultant, where he managed a team of four and worked with enterprise clients including Amazon Shipping, delivering measurable results including a doubling of qualified leads month-on-month through integrated paid social and paid search strategy.
Dan holds a First Class Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter and is a Google Ads Search certified practitioner. His background in behavioural psychology shapes a data-led, audience-first approach to campaign strategy — one that bridges commercial rigour with a genuine understanding of how people make decisions.
